Kid Zone: The Stage School in Park Ridge provides a positive learning and performing experience for children interested in acting, signing and dance
The Stage School, launched right here in Park Ridge in 2015, provides quality part-time training in the performing arts for children ages 4-16, allowing students to develop core fundamentals in acting, singing and dance.
The Stage School has been proud to partner locally with the Park Ridge Park District to provide classes and camps for hundreds of kids from Park Ridge and the surrounding communities each year.
Not only are these classes and camps fun, safe and engaging, but they also develop essential life skills to help kids succeed both on and off the stage with increased confidence, poise and discipline.
Students of all ages and experience levels learn responsibility, teamwork, integrity and respect. And they do so without the pressure of auditions, which parents always seem to appreciate.
Through The Stage School’s instruction — whether on site or online — students of all ages and experience levels learn responsibility, teamwork, integrity and respect. And they do so without the pressure of auditions, which parents always seem to appreciate.
“Our mission is to give each student a positive learning and performing experience,” says Amanda Banden, co-founder and principal of The Stage School along with her husband, Richard. “Both beginners and advanced students are able to flourish in our fun and supportive atmosphere.”
Any new, prospective, and returning students can learn more about the fall term this Saturday, Sept. 11 between 12-3 p.m. at the Centennial Activity Center (100 S. Western Ave. in Park Ridge). Families are being asked to reserve a time slot to attend. RSVP by clicking here.
