What it means to be a holistic wellness retreat

A holistic wellness retreat is a space dedicated to nurturing the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. It’s about the choices of treatments or products, but also about creating an environment where guests can slow down, breathe and reconnect with themselves. Holistic healing can be approached from many angles: through touch, natural remedies, meaningful rituals, community connection, and the honoring of individual needs. It should feel like stepping out of the noise of everyday life and into a place where you feel safe, supported and restored — where beauty and wellness are not luxuries, but essential nourishment.

A Kobido massage provides visible glow and firmness and also works on the nervous system to reduce stress, improve circulation and release tension patterns we carry in the face, jaw and neck.

Trending: Kobido facial massages

Our guests are raving about Kobido, an ancient Japanese technique of facial rejuvenation, often called the “non-surgical facelift.” It’s a deeply therapeutic technique that combines precise rhythmic movements, lymphatic drainage, acupressure and muscle lifting to tone and sculpt the facial structure. It provides visible glow and firmness and also works on the nervous system to reduce stress, improve circulation and release tension patterns we carry in the face, jaw and neck. It’s one of the most powerful holistic alternatives to injectables because it stimulates the natural life force and supports healthier ways to age.

The origins of our new venture next door, Anima Haus Boutique

Over the years of serving women through Renata’s Organic Skincare, we witnessed the transformative power of feeling supported in body, mind and spirit. We wanted to create a space beyond traditional retail — a space for women to reconnect with themselves through beauty, ritual and community. Women carry so much, often quietly, and deserve spaces that honor all seasons of life, and their dignity, and celebrate the fullness of modern womanhood. The inspiration comes from Renata’s Polish roots and the traditions of women who healed with simplicity, nature and intention.

With its inspiration from Renata’s Polish roots, Anima House is a place where beauty, wellness and community come together to support healing, confidence and belonging.

Anima Haus is a tribute to those women and her vision for today’s world: a place where beauty, wellness and community come together to support healing, confidence and belonging. Anima Haus represents a place to return to your inner self and the belief that when women feel strong, nourished and connected, they uplift the world around them.

What the boutique offers

Anima Haus offers thoughtfully picked brands that support intentional living and everyday rituals. Our collection includes:

* European lingerie and loungewear that honor the body with comfort and elegance
* Artisan-crafted treasures made ethically by independent makers
* Ceremonial wellness products to nourish ritual and connection
* Functional wellness tools and self-care essentials
* Gifts with meaning — for yourself or for someone you love

Every item we carry is chosen with care, emphasizing quality over quantity, natural materials, conscious production and emotional intimacy.

Future community offerings at Anima Haus

Anima Haus is designed to be a home where real conversations happen, friendships form, and women feel seen, supported and inspired. We envision gatherings that bring women together in several ways, such as:

* Private shopping experiences and intimate celebrations
* Collaborative evenings with local women-owned businesses
* Educational talks on women’s health and holistic wellness
* Private, intimate events for every celebration
* Cacao ceremonies, soundwork and breathwork circles
* Seasonal events and themed workshops
* Women’s circles and gatherings
