Tavern on the Point hosts its grand re-opening weekend Sept. 30-Oct. 3

Tavern on the Point, which opened in 2020 in the height of the COVID pandemic, is formally celebrating their first anniversary through Oct 3. This weekend-long event will be packed with special guests and performances in honor of a successful year of serving as Edison Park’s first ever outdoor rooftop space.

Thursday, Sept. 30 will be the official kickoff for the weekend. The night will include a live performance from high-energy violinist Jennifer Deann Scott and a fundraiser for first responders.

Scott is a high-energy violinist that crosses lines between rock, pop and dance music. She has performed all across the US and has been applauded for her ability to transform an evening into a pulsing, luxury experience.

Angelo Pesce will be serving as DJ on Friday, Oct. 1, followed by a performance from singer/songwriter Chris Minardi on Saturday and Tony Ocean and the one and only Vito Zatto on Sunday, Oct. 3.

Additionally, Tavern on the Point will be participating in Edison Park’s Annual Restaurant Week (Sept. 27-Oct. 3), which falls on the same weekend as the grand re-opening event and will feature an exclusive menu with a fixed price that includes an appetizer, main course and dessert.

Tavern on the Point is located at 6724 N. Northwest Highway in Edison Park. Call 773-867-6300 or visit TavernOnThePoint.com for more information.
