Game day attire
It’s prime football season, and Edie Boutique has you set up for everything this fall regardless of whether you’re watching the game at Soldier Field, Maine South, a flag football field in town or just cheering at home on the couch. What to expect: A full display of game day travel totes and clutches, sweatshirts, thick shawls, hats, stocking caps, socks and more.

Liverpool vests
From the Los Angeles brand known for their casual chic, comfortable clothing, these vests could end up being the most versatile top in your wardrobe — either as a stand-alone option or a jacket.

“There’s lots of options to layer it up,” says Michelle, a sales associate at Edie. “It has an athletic vibe, but you can dress it up with nice jeans, boots and a fitted, dressier top too.

Ariella athleisurewear
Edie has several items available from this popular U.S. manufacturer that focuses on athleisurewear that can be combined as something “comfy casual” or mixed and matched where you wear the top with jeans or slacks instead.

Steve Madden dress
“This is definitely a transition dress that says you’re ready for fall, but not quite ready for winter wear,” says Anna Cassidy from 2 Sisters. “It has short sleeves but has a little more of a fall look to it. You can wear it to work, wear it out on the town, it’s quite versatile.”

Bishop and Young gray sweater
“This is another good transitional piece because it’s cozy, cute and comfortable on its own, but it works well when it’s layered up when it’s colder as well,” says owner Natalie Amabile. “Perfect with leggings or jeans in the fall.”

Dear John dress
This unique black denim dress is perfect for a concert or a night out, and it pairs well with sneakers or boots. And notice the long sleeves for those cooler evenings ahead.

Hammitt handbags
A new collection of Hammitt handbags and wallets arrived in late August with plenty of new styles of wallets, purses and cross-body shoulder bags. “Once you have a Hammitt item, you can’t wait to have another one,” owner Emily Larson says with a knowing smile. “The quality is just so unbelievable. The hardware and interior are guaranteed for life. We have more on the way, so be on the lookout.”

Thymes’ Shimmered Cider candles
Everyone knows the Frasier Fir candles from Thymes, but the Shimmered Cider variety — more spicy than sweet, but very subtle — is their most popular scent for the fall. It’s described as “a simmering blend of freshly pressed apple mulled with crushed clove, cardamom, hints of bourbon and malted rum create a warm, fragrance experience in your home.” They’re also available in copper mugs that you can use for Moscow mules once the candle is done.

Pumpkin decor
Raffia’s colorful pumpkin heads with witches’ hats are the perfect eye-catching decor for Halloween. “The heads even light up,” says Emily. “Everyone likes something that lights up. They’re very cute and come in an assortment of colors.”

THML tops
The THML clothing line creates fashion based on seasonal concepts, including “edgy-chic” for fall, with a touch of vintage. “These tops are cute and perfect for fall with the trendy colors going right now like like terra cotta, dark cherry and olive,” says owner Vania Ignatov. “Animal print is back too, so be ready for that. Especially the leopard print.”

THML dress
“At Sooo Cute, we always have an appreciation for anything embroidered, which immediately elevates any style,” says Vania. “This black dress is a classic, elegant piece with a trendy, ruffled sleeve and embroidered detail. Really love this one.”
