PowHerHouse hosts free Wednesday-night fitness classes in Parkway Bank Park this summer

The ladies from PowHerHouse studio here in Park Ridge are again hosting free weekly fitness classes on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. through Aug. 12 in Rosemont’s Parkway Bank Park entertainment district.

Led by the PowHerHouse team, these lively sessions include a rotating mix of low-impact workouts, strength and conditioning, agility and balance training, cardio kickboxing and more.

Touché’s version of this Parisian staple is a thick 12-ounce NY strip or eight-ounce filet, cooked to your liking with a bordelaise (wine-and-marrow-based brown sauce) or au poivre (bold, creamy peppercorn pan sauce), all with a pad of butter melting over the top as it arrives at your table.
