Q: Describe the family-run operation that is Home Comfort

A: The team here at Home Comfort is everything. We are a humble, hard-working, close-knit group of individuals; we’ve carefully cultivated a culture that feels like family! More than half of our staff has been here between 5-15 years, and we just keep growing and changing together. The atmosphere is very collaborative. We talk, text, message, email, meet and Zoom with each other as often as we are all engaging with our customers. Everyone has something to contribute based on their experience in the industry, skill set and organizational leadership style. There is no greater compliment than a referral. Join the fam!

Q: Finish this sentence: Every spring, it’s important for homeowners to…

A: Check out your cooling system. Even now, it’s becoming especially important to see what’s going on with this equipment. R22 refrigerant is becoming obsolete, so systems with low charges or leaks last year absolutely need attention now, rather than in a month when it’s getting to be 90 degrees. Let us help you understand your options with replacements in advance.

From financing choices and whole-system discounts, to the new Department of Energy regulations and tax rebates, now more than ever you need an HVAC partner who’s in it for the long haul with you.

From financing choices and whole-system discounts, to the new Department of Energy regulations and tax rebates, now more than ever you need an HVAC partner who’s in it for the long haul with you. Let’s get you comfortable, find some efficiency, and hopefully design a plan that fits your investment level.

Q: What all is involved in your Clean & Check programs and why are they so important and, ultimately, more affordable and convenient in the long run?

A: Your home, your car and your HVAC system — these are probably the three most critical and costly investments you’ll make. And you’ll likely need to replace or upgrade most of those at least once in your lifetime. Sometimes twice. But the only way to really maximize your decision-making power is to know when to do this. No one wants to replace any one of these in an emergency.

Our Clean & Checks help us all avoid the emergency. They give us insight into how your system is operating, and what we can expect from it. We keep it clean and replace your filters or water panels, and this maintenance allows industry professionals to check and test all the inner workings of these systems so you’re educated when next steps need to happen for your home or family.

Comfort plans give you access to discounts on each cleaning, discounts on any flat-rate repairs throughout the year, and even replacement discounts, which are new in 2023. Help us help you.

Q: What are a few tasks that Home Comfort can take care of that most people wouldn’t know?

A: We help with installing new chimney liners, water heaters and cleanings, and lots of indoor air-quality products. Do you have fresh air coming into your home? Do you protect wood floors and furniture with humidification and dehumidification? Are you running out of hot water for all your family members? Do you have active virus protection through oxidation or ionization? What kind of dust, allergen and debris remediation is happening? We are air people. Let’s talk about it all! We do light commercial projects, rooftop units, ice melt and radiant flooring. We’ve got a solution for you; just ask.
