The milanesa de pollo is one of several fantastic $20.25 dishes that @donjuanscantina has rolled out for the festivities. It’s a large Amish chicken breast with an avocado and heirloom tomato timbale and a cilantro beurre blanc sauce. Served with rice and beans and — not surprisingly — pairs particularly well with a Mexican lager or frozen strawberry margarita
